Trolley – An Insight in its Different Types and Their Use

Used for transporting luggage or other heavy objects from one place to another, trolley is a device similar to a cart made of metal, steel, fiber and can have either 2, 3 or 4 wheels attached to pole or poles. There are different types of it like folding trolley and powered trolley, though their names tell a lot about them, we will discuss them in greater details later.

Different available varieties of trolley, give you the choice to use them in different places like industries, offices, warehouses, retail malls and supermarkets, hospitals, hospitality etc. Warehouse trolleys or electric trolleys are designed for reducing manual heavy lifting of load. It minimizes the risk involved when manually handling heavy weight objects. Industries or huge units like aerodromes, warehouses, manufacturing units, mega retail malls, hospitals, hotels, banks, arena, music halls, auditoriums etc., benefit greatly from powered trolleys.

Another variety of trolley is the folding trolley which as the name implies can be folded to your need and is widely used in offices, stores, retail malls, schools, banks, hospitals and clinics, hotels or restaurants, boutiques and health spas. While some folding trolleys come with two platforms and a collapsible storage box many can be customized as needed. Commercially these are widely used in libraries, offices etc. as well as in huge mansions for their kitchens or storerooms or in projector rooms.

It is rightly said that there is no replacement for human brain. This is so true in case of trolleys, without them just imagine it would have been so difficult to carry and move heavy weight objects from one place to another in industries and at what pace the work would progress.
